Tamara Watkins Green, Co-Owner      tgreen@watkinsprinting.com Tamara has been a leader in client relations and growth opportunities, focusing on sales, marketing and strategic planning for over twenty years. She received a BA degree in English with a Minor in Communications from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Tamara currently serves as a director on the Rollins College Alumni Association, secretary for the national Chi Omega Creations Board and trustee for the Master Printers Pension Plan (MPPP). Mrs. Green lives in Ostrander with her husband Bill and two children, Brock and Emily.

Eric M. Watkins, Co-Owner ewatkins@watkinsprinting.com Eric has been a leader in the prepress, pressroom and customer service departments for over twenty years. Now in Management and as co-owner of The Watkins Printing Company, Eric is responsible for human resources, strategic development, labor and union negotiations and client services. Eric attended Muskingum College in New Concord, Ohio and is currently a Trustee for the Printers Association of Northern Kentucky and Ohio (PIANKO). Mr. Watkins lives in Galena with his wife Robin and two daughters, Keeley and Autumn.

Debra Llewellyn, Estimating and Paper Purchasing

For over twenty years Deb has worked in the publication and commercial printing industry as lead estimator at The Watkins Printing Company. Deb is responsible for paper inventory and purchasing as well as providing timely and accurate quotations. Deb attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Ms. Llewellyn lives in Granville.

William J. (Bill) Green, Director of Marketing

For over fourteen years Bill has worked in association management, focusing on alumni and volunteer engagement, magazine editorship as well as membership growth. As the Director of Marketing of The Watkins Printing Company for the past five years, Bill is responsible identifying new sales, general marketing campaigns and website content management. Bill received a BA degree in Political Science with a Minor in Organizational Communication from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida and a Certificate in Management from The Ohio State University - The Max M. Fisher College of Business.  He is a member of the Marketing Committee for the Columbus Metropolitan Club.

Mr. Green lives in Ostrander with his wife Tamara. He has a stepdaughter Emily and stepson Brock.

Rich Crossman, Prepress & Pressroom Supervisor

For thirty-eight years Rich has worked in Prepress Department of The Watkins Printing Company. As the Prepress Supervisor, Rich is responsible in assisting clients in file manipulation and a variety of prepress projects prior to plating. A key part of our customer service difference, Rich has a strong working knowledge of Indesign and a multitude of prepress issues. Rich is always willing to assist clients with questions about files and projects. His department is open 5-6 days a week, 24 Hours a Day and is an invaluable member of the Watkins team.

Mr. Crossman lives in Reynoldsburg with his wife Liz and two sons; Nick and Andy.

Phil Hodgson, Sales Associate

For over twenty years Phil has excelled in account management and sales in the web offset and sheet-fed printing markets.  Having also worked in prepress as well as a pressman operating a 4 color web press, Phil has an exceptionally strong background in the graphic arts industry.  Now serving as a senior Sales Associate for The Watkins Printing Company, Phil will be providing a consultative selling style and exceptional customer service for a variety of clients in a multi-state region.

Mr. Hodgson lives in Granville with his wife Lissette and son Aidan.

Jon Logan, Postal Requirements and Accounting

For over thirteen years Jon has worked in accounting and postal requirements departments of The Watkins Printing Company. As the Accounting Supervisor, Jon is responsible for accounts payable and receivable as well as presorting the mail lists prior to inkjet labeling in the bindery department. He has an exceptional knowledge of the Postal Code and enjoys sharing this information with new and current clients. Jon received a BA degree in Business Management with Minors in Accounting and Economics from Muskingum College in New Concord, Ohio.

Mr. Logan lives in Dublin with his wife Linda and 2 children; Mathew and Amanda.

Rich Champe, Bindery Supervisor

Rich has an extensive graphic arts background of thirty years in sales, manufacturing production, creative design, estimating and bindery. He serves a key leadership role in monitoring bindery projects out the door and to the customer. As the Bindery and Shipping Supervisor of The Watkins Printing Company, Rich assures all projects are delivered as requested and on schedule.

Mr. Champe lives in Westerville with his wife Patti. He has 3 children and 2 grandchildren.

Dane Smith, Account Executive

For over fifteen years Dane has excelled in the shipping, customer service and sales departments of The Watkins Printing Company.  Now serving as a senior Account Executive, Dane provides exceptional customer service for a variety of clients in a multi-state region.  Dane received a BA degree in Art/ Architectural History from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.

Mr. Smith lives in Canal Winchester with his wife Lisa and two children; Alysha and Erica.

For over twenty-two years Paul has excelled in the Pressroom and Prepress Departments of The Watkins Printing Company.  Now serving as a senior Client Service Representative, Paul provides exceptional customer service for clients in a multi-state region.  Paul is also responsible for providing and monitoring production schedules with both clients and sales associates Bill Green and Dane Smith.

Mr. Lenihan lives in Columbus with his wife Brenda and three children; Christopher, Gregory and Leslie.
