SENDING YOUR FILES

Fileflow, WebCourier, is the file transfer service The Watkins Printing Company prefers to use to facilitate fast and simple transfer of electronic project files. It is superior to a FTP site and we pay for your use of this service.

It requires only that you contact us for login and password information and download and install a small plug-in application for your Web browser, which can be obtained from the links below. Once set up, you can transfer files right from your Web browser without the need to stuff or zip them first.

You will also receive e-mail confirmation when files are uploaded successfully and when we download your files. An e-mail message with a hyper-link will be sent to you if there are files for you to download; simply clicking on the link will start the plug-in and allow you to download them to your computer.

NOTE:  Potential or new customers of The Watkins Printing Company are encouraged to provide test files in advance of the live production process. This will allow us to review the electronic material and PDFs and proof the files. We find this effort to be very informative for both parties, ensuring a smooth transition into our production workflow process.

Rich Crossman and his professional staff are available 5-6 days a week, 24 HOURS A day and would be pleased to answer any questions you might have regarding file preparation.

Mailing Files

Please send all mail files directly to our Postal Requirements Supervisor, Jon Logan at:  jlogan@watkinsprinting.com.  He will sort and prepare the files for mailing distribution.
